The GYS EV-RESCUE Supercapacitor Booster represents a new generation of vehicle assistance equipment, designed to meet the needs of petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles. Thanks to its innovative technology, it is the first booster capable of starting 12V combustion engine vehicles whilst simultaneously and safely reactivating the auxiliary systems of electric and hybrid vehicles equipped with 12V or 16V starter batteries.
Equipped with a powerful 1,600A BOOST mode, it guarantees fast and effective starts in virtually all light and commercial vehicles fitted with a 12V system. The exclusive EV-RESCUE mode allows you to recharge flat auxiliary batteries in electric vehicles (EVs), hybrids (HEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs), enabling the reactivation of essential electronic systems to get the vehicle running again.
Compact and lightweight at just 7.2 kg, it is easily portable, and its 1.7-metre cables allow for convenient use in any situation. Operation is extremely simple, with just three buttons, making it accessible to any professional.
Supercapacitor technology eliminates the need for maintenance and ensures an exceptional service life. The system recharges directly from the vehicle’s battery in just a few seconds via the integrated DC/DC converter, meaning it is always ready for the next job. It also includes a cigarette lighter cable and a USB connection, offering alternative charging solutions to ensure maximum availability.
Designed to last, it allows for over 10,000 starts without any loss of performance, making it a long-term investment solution for garages, breakdown services and automotive repair professionals. It remains reliable even in extreme conditions, from -45°C to +60°C.
